MonkeyPen (monkeypen.ai) is run by Worth A Try LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. Questions go to support@worthatry.co.

What MonkeyPen is

MonkeyPen rewrites text, or writes replies, in the style of writing samples you provide. It uses AI, so read what it writes before you send it: you are responsible for what you send, including facts, names, dates and tone.

Your writing

• Only paste writing that is yours, or that you have the right to use.
• You keep all rights to what you paste and to what MonkeyPen writes for you.
• How we handle it is set out in the privacy policy: your voices and history are stored in your account until you delete them, and never used to train AI.

Use it honestly

• Follow the rules of your school, employer or publisher about AI. If they ask you to say when you’ve used AI, say so. MonkeyPen doesn’t promise anything about AI detectors.
• Don’t use MonkeyPen to write in someone else’s voice to deceive people, or for anything unlawful.
• Don’t automate requests, get around the limits, or overload the service.

Paid plans

• Plus ($12 a month) and Pro ($24 a month) renew every month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax is added where it applies.
• Cancel any time with Manage billing on the Plan page. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for, then move to the free plan.
• We don’t refund part-used months. If a charge looks wrong, email support@worthatry.co and we’ll sort it out.
• Stripe handles payments. We never see your card number.

No warranty

MonkeyPen is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Worth A Try LLC isn’t liable for what you send or for losses that come from using the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
