How to make an AI-written meeting agenda sound human
Paste it in below — the rewriter is already set to “meeting agenda”, so it rewrites for the person who actually reads one. Then keep scrolling for the specific thing that gives a meeting agenda away, and a before-and-after.

Why it reads differently
Read it before you send it. Your name is on this, so fix anything that is not true of you and put back the one specific detail only you know.
The thing that gives a meeting agenda away
Topic nouns instead of questions. “Discussion of Q3 priorities and alignment on next steps” tells nobody what to prepare or what will be decided.
It is worth being precise about this, because “sounds like AI” is not one problem. Every kind of writing has its own tell, and for a meeting agenda it is the one above. Once you can see it in your own draft you will start catching it before you paste anything anywhere.
Before and after
Written by hand, not generated — a realistic AI-sounding draft and the same thing as a person would write it.
Reads like AI
Agenda: welcome and introductions, discussion of Q3 priorities, alignment on next steps and key deliverables, and any other business as time permits.
Reads like a person
30 minutes, three things. 1. Do we cut the referral feature? (decision — needs Dev there.) 2. Who owns the pricing page? (decision.) 3. Anything blocking launch week — five minutes each, then we stop.
Notice what actually changed: the sentence lengths stopped matching, the stock phrasing went, and the specific detail moved to the front. Nothing was added that a real writer would not have known.
Who reads a meeting agenda, and what they notice
Six people deciding whether to attend, and one chair trying to finish on time.
This is the whole reason the rewrite has to change with the text type. Everyday work writing, where the cost of AI phrasing is not embarrassment but confusion — nobody can tell what you decided, what you need, or by when.
How to fix it yourself, without any tool
Worth knowing, because the point is to stop needing a rewriter. Four passes, five minutes:
- Delete the first sentence. In most AI drafts it is setup. Start at the second sentence and see whether you lost anything — usually you did not.
- Break the rhythm. Find three sentences of similar length in a row and cut one of them in half. That single change does more than any word swap.
- Put in one plain word. Formal writing with a single ordinary word in it reads as human; flawless register reads as generated.
- Add the detail only you have. The number, the name, the thing that happened. This is the part no rewriter can do for you, and it is the part that works.

MonkeyPen rewrites the words you give it and keeps every fact intact — it does not research, verify or invent detail, and it is not a substitute for reading your own draft before you send it. It is a writing tool, not a guarantee about how anyone will react to your meeting agenda.
