How to make an AI-written offer letter sound human
Paste it in below — the rewriter is already set to “offer letter”, so it rewrites for the person who actually reads one. Then keep scrolling for the specific thing that gives an offer letter away, and a before-and-after.

Why it reads differently
Read it before you send it. Your name is on this, so fix anything that is not true of you and put back the one specific detail only you know.
The thing that gives an offer letter away
Enthusiasm that reads like a template merge — “we are thrilled to extend this offer and excited to welcome you to our dynamic team” — followed by the actual terms in a colder, different voice.
It is worth being precise about this, because “sounds like AI” is not one problem. Every kind of writing has its own tell, and for an offer letter it is the one above. Once you can see it in your own draft you will start catching it before you paste anything anywhere.
Before and after
Written by hand, not generated — a realistic AI-sounding draft and the same thing as a person would write it.
Reads like AI
We are thrilled to extend this offer of employment and are incredibly excited about the prospect of you joining our dynamic and growing team, where we are confident you will make an immediate and lasting impact.
Reads like a person
We’d like to offer you the Senior Analyst role — £61,000, starting 3 March, reporting to Dev. Everyone who met you last week came back saying the same thing about how you handled the data question.
Notice what actually changed: the sentence lengths stopped matching, the stock phrasing went, and the specific detail moved to the front. Nothing was added that a real writer would not have known.
Who reads an offer letter, and what they notice
A person about to make a life decision, who will read it twice and then forward it to their partner. They check the numbers and the start date, then the tone.
This is the whole reason the rewrite has to change with the text type. The writing that decides whether a stranger gives you twenty minutes. Recruiters read the same stock openers hundreds of times a month, so sounding like everyone else is the expensive mistake here.
How to fix it yourself, without any tool
Worth knowing, because the point is to stop needing a rewriter. Four passes, five minutes:
- Delete the first sentence. In most AI drafts it is setup. Start at the second sentence and see whether you lost anything — usually you did not.
- Break the rhythm. Find three sentences of similar length in a row and cut one of them in half. That single change does more than any word swap.
- Put in one plain word. Formal writing with a single ordinary word in it reads as human; flawless register reads as generated.
- Add the detail only you have. The number, the name, the thing that happened. This is the part no rewriter can do for you, and it is the part that works.

MonkeyPen rewrites the words you give it and keeps every fact intact — it does not research, verify or invent detail, and it is not a substitute for reading your own draft before you send it. It is a writing tool, not a guarantee about how anyone will react to your offer letter.
